Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoopTrack (the "Service"), operated by Steve Giscombe ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What LoopTrack is

LoopTrack is an AI-powered job search and interview preparation tool. It helps you track job applications, build a bank of behavioral interview stories, practice mock interviews, and get AI-generated feedback on your resume, job fit, and interview answers. Features and limits available to you depend on your subscription tier.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use LoopTrack. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials (including access to the email address used for sign-in) secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. AI-generated content

LoopTrack uses third-party AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to generate feedback, scores, prep materials, and practice responses based on content you provide — your resume, job descriptions, career history, and practice answers.

• AI output is provided for guidance only. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong — always use your own judgment before relying on it for a real application or interview.
• We don't guarantee any outcome (interviews, offers, or otherwise) from using the Service.
• Don't submit content to the Service that you don't want processed by a third-party AI provider — see the Privacy Policy for details on what gets sent where.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload or enter into LoopTrack — resumes, job descriptions, stories, notes, and practice transcripts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content (including to our AI and infrastructure providers) solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We don't sell your content or use it to train third-party AI models beyond what's necessary to generate your results.

You're responsible for what you submit — don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that's unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or another person's rights
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service
• Use automated tools to spam signups or abuse the AI features in a way that degrades the Service for others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and tiers

LoopTrack offers different subscription tiers with different feature access and usage limits. Tier changes, billing terms, and cancellation details (where applicable) will be presented at the time you subscribe or upgrade. We may change tier features or pricing going forward, with notice for any material change affecting a paid subscription.

7. Service availability

LoopTrack is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the Service as a whole) at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice before anything that affects your data or paid access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoopTrack and its operator won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including any decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $0 if you're on a free tier).

9. Termination

You can stop using LoopTrack and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
